Returns
At Axia Office, our main concern is your satisfaction. We understand that you may change your mind, or that unforeseeable circumstances may arise. So, if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please call us on (02) 9975 0888 or 1300 PRINTERS (1300 7746 8377) to discuss the issue.
If your reasons for return are valid, we’ll issue you with a written Goods Returned Authorisation Number which will get the returns process underway. Read on to find out under what circumstances your products can be returned.
CHANGING OR CANCELING AN ORDER
- If you need to make any changes to an order, please contact us immediately, as once the order is processed, we're unable to amend it.
- If you need to cancel an order or part of an order, please contact us immediately. We pride ourselves on our quick turnaround time, which means there's only a small window to cancel your order before it ships. Although we’ll try our best, we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to cancel your order in time.
- If your order has already been processed, and you'd still like to return a Product, it must be returned per the instructions below for Unopened Products.
UNOPENED PRODUCTS
- You may return any Product within 14 days of delivery for a full credit to your original form of payment, less: a 10% restocking fee, freight charges on the original delivery (if applicable), and net of the value of any promotional giveaway (e.g. e-Vouchers, movie tickets, puddings, etc.).
- The Product must be in its original, unopened packaging and in good saleable condition; if applicable, please ensure products are packed in another box so that the original product packaging will not be damaged by courier stickers, labels, etc.
- It is your responsibility to pay for shipping and insurance costs, and to ensure you have proof of delivery for Products returned to our office.
- Returns will only be accepted after we issue a written Goods Returned Authorisation Number, and we receive the Product at our office within 10 days of the issuance of this number. A copy of this number and your invoice must accompany all returns; Products returned without this number will not be accepted and/or will incur a return delivery fee.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
- Products that are damaged, defective or past their "use by" date at time of delivery may be returned within 30 days of delivery in exchange for a replacement.
- Products must be returned in the original packaging and with all original pieces, packing materials and relevant manuals (if applicable); if applicable, please ensure products are packed in another box so that the original product packaging will not be damaged by courier stickers, labels, etc.
- Cartridge returns must have a printed page from the cartridge in question returned with the cartridge, along with a clear, detailed and accurate fault description; there will be no exceptions as we are unable to obtain credits without these. Cartridges must also be over a minimum weight (normally at least 75% full) to be accepted; if the product has been refilled or tampered with in any way, no credit will be provided. All cartridges must be sealed to ensure they do not leak in transit.
- Our supplier will test the damaged or defective product. If they find that the product was damaged or defective before delivery to you, then we'll supply a replacement of the same product (or as near to that product as is then available) as soon as is reasonably possible, and we'll incur the cost of shipping the products back to you.
- If our supplier finds that the product is in good working condition, or that any damage was caused after delivery of the product or due to misuse, it will be returned to you, at your cost.
- For Hardware products (e.g. printers, multifunction devices) that are still covered by a manufacturer's warranty, please refer to the individual manufacturer’s warranty regarding your model as terms vary.
- It is your responsibility to pay for shipping and insurance costs, and to ensure you have proof of delivery for Products returned to our office.

PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
- All Hardware products (e.g. printers, multifunction devices)
- Products sold on a No-Return basis
- Products specifically customised to your requirements
- Ex-demonstration and second-hand products (unless they are found to have been damaged before they were delivered to you)
- Clearance products
- Specially purchased products (including, but not limited to, toner and other consumables for equipment that is 3 years and older)
