At Axia Office, our main concern is your satisfaction with our range of products. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please call us on (02) 9975 0888 or 1300 PRINTERS (7746 8377) and we’ll discuss the issue at hand. If your reasons for return are valid, we’ll issue you with a Goods Returned Authority Number which will get the Returns process underway. Read on to find out under what circumstances your purchase can be returned.


Products that are damaged, defective or past their "use by" date at time of delivery may be returned within a reasonable period of time once you’ve had the chance to inspect your purchase. Our supplier will then test the damaged or defective product. If they find that the product is in good working condition, or any damage was caused after delivery of the product, it will be returned to you. If it’s ascertained that the product was in fact damaged or defective upon delivery to you, then we will supply a replacement of the same product, or as near to that product as is then available, as soon as is reasonably practical, and we will incur all return costs.


We understand that you may change your mind, or that unforeseeable circumstances may arise. As a result, you may return any purchase within 60 days of delivery (provided the product is in its original, unopened packaging and is in good saleable condition), and receive a full credit (excluding freight, and net of any promotional giveaway e.g. movie tickets). If you contact us more than 60 days after delivery, the credit will be reduced by 10% for each additional 30 day period after the initial 60 days. This offer applies only for 120 days after initial delivery to you.


Ex-demonstration and second-hand products cannot be returned unless they are found to have been damaged before they were delivered to you.
