“Axia” is a Greek word meaning “capable, worthy or valued” – and these are the same traits that Axia Office strives to embody in our dealings with clients, suppliers, and all those with whom we do business.

Axia Office was founded in 1996, when Brad Keen, our Managing Director, acquired the business from Grahame Hall Business Machines, a well-respected organisation that specialised in quality business equipment for 50 years.

For almost 25 years, Brad and the dedicated Axia team have worked hard to establish Axia as a well-respected and knowledgeable business equipment company.

We offer a range of services, including office supplies and multifunction photocopier/printer sales, a variety of managed print services and other print solutions, preventative equipment maintenance, software solutions, flexible finance options, and quick and reliable service — all of which are tailored specifically to your business. 

As an independent dealer, we're in a unique position to offer you unbiased advice. We are an authorised dealer of a variety of brands, including Canon, Sharp, Epson & OKI — which, along with our in-depth analysis of your business, allows us to provide the best solution, every time. Our professional team is committed to offering you expert advice on every purchase you’re considering, as well as after-sale technical assistance.

As an Australian owned and operated business, Axia also strives to give back to and support the local community. We are the major sponsor of both the Manly Bombers Junior AFL Club and Manly Junior Rugby League Referees Association, as well as a long-time sponsor of the North Curl Curl Knights Junior Rugby League Football Club.

Realising that we could be doing more to help the community through our business relationships and transactions as well, we recently launched our Make a Difference Program, which gives a portion of our profits to our charity partners, Foodbank NSW & ACT and Rural Aid Australia.

The idea was simple: we wanted to turn pages printed into food and water for those who need it most. Now, for every deal we sign with a new or existing client, Axia funds a minimum of 2,000 meals to food insecure Australians through Foodbank NSW & ACT, or 9,200 litres of water to help support Australia’s farmers and rural communities through Rural Aid Australia — the choice is yours.
