So, how does our Best Price Guarantee work?

• If you find a cheaper advertised price, we'll match the price when you buy from us (remember, every purchase with Axia earns Loyalty Points towards great rewards!); or,
• If you've already purchased it from us, we’ll refund the difference if you find a lower price within 7 days of the date of purchase

Our Best Price Guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

• It must be an identical product, in stock at our competitor, and subject to the identical terms and conditions offered by Axia, including freight charges, credit card charges, guarantee and return policy
• Online stores/websites offering the lower price must operate out of a commercial premises that is open during normal business hours
• Stock liquidations are excluded (e.g. clearance products sold by a business placed into receivership)
