We’ve therefore arranged for our suppliers to ship most products directly to you from their warehouses in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth. We also have backup suppliers, so your order is almost always shipped the same business day.

This business model allows for two great and interconnected things to happen – we reduce our overheads, and this leads to lower prices for you!

At Axia Office we understand that when you make an order you’d like that order at your door as quickly as possible. So that’s why orders received before 3.00 p.m. on business days are shipped the same day. Toners, inks and other consumables are delivered the next business day to capital cities and within 48-hours to most regional areas; printers and other hardware items sometimes take a couple of additional days.

We also do our best to minimise shipping costs. We deliver orders of over $100 free of charge anywhere in Australia. Orders less than $100 of these goods incur a cost of $8.50.

In the highly unlikely event that some products are on back order we’ll call you the following day and let you know the expected delivery date. It’s our aim to be open and honest from the get-go, so if there’s any delay you’ll know in no time. If the delayed date is unacceptable to you we’ll cancel the order and immediately refund payment.

Couriers unfortunately can’t guarantee a drop off time and they won’t leave products without a signature. If no one is on the premises at the time of delivery, a fee of $8.50 for consumables and $16.50 for hardware is payable to re-deliver the products.
